EcoConnect

EcoConnect is a workshop series for children and teens.  EcoConnect helps young people connect to the Earth, each other, and themselves.  Through these connections, they establish a stronger sense self-worth and belonging.  They learn and practice self-soothing and centering skills such as yoga and meditation.  They practice problem solving, teamwork, and healthy communication skills.  The EcoConnect experience allows a slow and quiet connection to nature that is curative.  This is an excellent course for all young people.  Past participants have described it as fun, meaningful, and helpful.
